The Installation Service Manager is responsible for daily flooring installation for residential and commercial customers. Will interact with installers, customers, contractors and provide oversight when needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Review install details for each job with the appropriate installer before installation start;
-Collect COCs from previous day installs;
-Communicate installers next day assignments;
-Coach installers on customer feedback received on their projects;
-Visits job sites to check on the quality of installations
-Resolve install issues;
-Supervises office staff;
-Approve and process Chargebacks; and
-Management of installers, including hiring, regular supervision, and termination.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
-Flooring installation experience/knowledge (preferably at a lead installer or higher level);
-Excellent customer service and communication skills;
-Experience managing a team;
-Good computer skills;
-Ability to resolve issues timely and with good judgment
