Local Sitework Company looking to hire experienced employees for the following positions. Top pay provided for experienced in the following trades. Also after 90 days of employment, we offer employee paid health insurance, paid holidays. Vacation and 401K after 1 year of employment. We are currently in the process of putting into place a bonus program as well that can be discussed during interviews.
Grade Foreman - 2 Years of experience required. Ability to read blue prints, grade stakes, and understand or ability to learn GPS. Must be experienced in managing a 5 to 10 man crew, problem solving, and training crew members. Work along with the Superintendents to bring the jobs to finish on schedule and under budget. Truck, salary, phone, and computer provided.
Utility Foreman - 2 Years of experience required. Ability to read blue prints, staking, setup laser, and check grades. Must be experienced in leading a crew of 5 to 7 employees installing sewer, storm, and water lines. Working knowledge of local specifications is a plus. Work along with the superintendent to manage materials, crew, safety, and productions. Truck, salary, phone, and computer provided.
Paving Foreman - 2 years of experience required. Experience managing a crew in all aspects of paving operations. From scheduling to ordering materials for the work daily. Truck, salary, phone, and computer provided.
Concrete/Curb machine foreman - 2 years experience required operating and leading a crew installing curb with curb machine, sidewalk, and other concrete. Ability to order materials and maintain schedules. Truck, salary, phone, and computer provided.

Excavator - Grading and Utilities
Wheel Loaders - Grading and Utilities

We are also looking for experienced pipelayers and laborers for the utility crews, laborers for erosion and grading operations.
In addition to grading and utilities. We are looking for experienced concrete finishers, laborers, etc for curb, pads, and sidewalk installation. Also in need of experienced paving crew members.
We do not pay for out of town expenses in this area but do have projects in other areas that can be discussed as well. Also if you are willing to travel from this area to other projects.
