Print Plus, a full service printing, duplicating, & marketing services provider in Kitty Hawk is looking for a full time customer service representative. As the first person our customers are likely to see, you will set the tone for our office and therefore, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor. Along with greeting customers and answering phones you'll be responsible for taking orders, ringing up sales, sending out proofs, producing copies, light cleaning, and generally pitching in where needed in our busy shop. The ideal candidate must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm year round and will possess the following:
- Strong Verbal Communication Skills
- Willingness To Engage Customers In Conversation
- Positive, Persuasive Personality
- Detail Oriented (a must!)
- Eagerness & Desire To Learn
- Basic Computer Skills
- Printing, Duplicating & Marketing Experience (very helpful, but not required)
