Position Brief
SAGA Construction Inc (SAGA), an innovative and growing construction and development firm is looking for a seasoned construction Superintendent with experience in coastal multifamily construction and excellent project management skills to join our team for a challenging and rewarding career. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years' experience, with at least 3 years in multifamily/light commercial sector. Candidate should be well organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, subs and contracts through all phases of development and construction to ensure the delivery of a quality product.
Superintendents must have a proven track record supervising and coordinating all personnel including subcontractors and materials to prevent delays.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Excellent construction knowledge of plans, takeoff, estimating and procurement skills.
Periodic and daily reporting to systems and managers.
