Dinner Manager for 2019 season The Dunes restaurant needs a dinner manager from now thru end of September for a busy restaurant. We need an individual who can wear multiple hats including: start each day being prepared for the ups and downs of putting dinner on the table for from 200 to 350 guests; give clear direction and expectations to each employee in front of house; make sure that everyone in the front of house is on the same page; be pro-active with problems, issues and people; talk with guest to hear feedback and to keep a finger on how restaurant is doing; keep an open line of communication with restaurant owner for frank and regular discussion, critique and changes as needed. And lastly, and most importantly, be good with people, develop a strong team and get the most from the team while they are working. If you are interested, please send your resume back.
