Established, successful waterfront restaurant seeking experienced Sous Chef.
Responsibilities and Qualifications include:
Supporting the Executive Chef in food preparation, cooking, ordering and training of staff.
Creative input is welcomed and very much encouraged.

Job Hours: Monday -Saturday closed Sundays
