Crew Chief
We are looking for a Team Leader (crew boss) to handle day to day residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts. Job responsibilities with include: Working alongside a crew of 2-6 to insure all basic lawn, bush, and tree care is completed. This is not a sit in your truck, point your finger, and tell others what to do job. We are looking for an experienced landscaper to WORK with the crew and make sure the jobs are completed timely and professionally. You must have experience and be able to lead others in a positive and encouraging manner.

COMPENSATION : Full Time starting at $30,000 a year and will increase based on experience, good work ethic, and company compatibility.
WORKDAY HOURS : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday). Hours may be adjusted due to weather and season. We do not work weekends unless its absolutely necessary. We believe in a quality family, work, and play, life model.
TRANSPORTATION: Must have reliable and appropriate transportation.
CONNECTIVITY: Position requires a phone with reliable service plan that has the capacity to but is not limited to: text, email, take and send pictures, navigation, and open applications.
2 or more years experience preferred not required
Must be dependable.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have and maintain a good DMV record.
Must be able to work long hours when necessary in local environmental conditions on feet walking (at brisk
pace) or operating lawn / landscape equipment.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
A positive, energetic, can do attitude with the ability to be trained to comply with and enforce company
standards, regulations, policies, and procedures.

1. Do you have a valid drivers license?
2. Can you drive a truck and trailer?
3. Can you back up a truck and trailer?
4. Do you have experience with zero turn mowers, weed eater, blower, hedge trimmers and other Tree and landscape tools and equipment?
5. Are you ready to work?
