Front desk/office manager for an established chiropractic office:
Friendly, honest, personable self-starter responsible for running the front office day to day.
Responsibilities include:
patient check in/out
maintain patient accounts/files and receive payments
scheduling
assist doctor when needed
promote the practice through internal/external marketing
maintain office appearance light cleaning
place orders for office material
help to maintain office website and Facebook page
paying of bills and money handling with weekly deposits
keep office materials stocked as needed
Qualifications:
positive attitude!
good communication a must!
prior front office experience
good computer skills
online QuickBooks experience a plus
experience doing business taxes and/or payroll a plus
