Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting paint and related products. You will tint and mix paint, merchandise inventory, and assist management in the daily operation of the business. Successful candidates must have excellent communication and people skills, will be conscientious, and team players who are willing to work hard to get ahead. Job Requirements
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have a VALID driver's license. A background check, driving record check and a credit check will be performed prior to hiring. Must be able to work some weekends and holidays. High school education or equivalent is required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs on occasion. Will spend approximately 20% of the day sitting, 25% standing, 45% walking and 10% stooping, climbing and kneeling. Must have good color perception. Must be able to operate a hand truck and/or material handling equipment. Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
