REAL Watersports is currently seeking candidates for full time, year-round Customer Service and Web Sales Associate. This ideal candidate is eager, hospitable, and looking to join the REAL Watersports team of kiters and surfers. This is a great entry-level position into the industry for enthusiastic individuals willing to learn about kiting and surfing. This position offers benefits including medical, dental, paid time off, and a 401K/profit sharing plan, access to the REAL Watersports rental fleet and an abundance of session time.
This position is responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, providing 5-star customer service across multiple platforms and every department, resolving customer issues, and managing all online orders to make sure that they are completed efficiently and accurately. Ideal candidates must be able to communicate with customers over a variety of platforms including face-to-face interactions, phone, email, livechat, etc.
