Position Brief
SAGA Realty and Construction, an Innovative and growing construction and realty firm is looking for a Landscape Supervisor. MUST HAVE 2 years of supervisor/management experience in landscaping. Seeking candidates who demonstrate reliability, integrity, commitment and who are looking to grow with our company.
Responsibilities
Assume full ownership of the properties and build relationships with our clients
Exceeding clients expectations on a daily basis
Management of crew, truck, equipment and daily routes
Daily review of schedule and planning with team to maintain efficiency
Daily management of hours and quality control of each job
Ability to train new crew members
Ability to de-escalate and resolve concerns and work with an attention to detail
Skills
Equipment Experience is a must
Ability to discover substandard site issues and opportunities for improving the properties
Strong and effective communication skills
Time management skills
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in landscape maintenance or install/hardscaping
Chemical Applicator License preferred, but not required
