Responsibilities:
Develops predictive models for new product and gaming initiatives to support business case development and product launch planning.
Ad hoc analytics to provide insights to category and program managers within the Product Development and Digital teams.
Product level sales and gross gaming revenue forecasts to inform the annual budgeting process and long-term planning of the organization.
Directing vendor/partner analytics and insights resources to align with and support business insight development for the organization.
Marketing promotion forecasting and ROI calculations.
Development and tracking of organizational KPI’s as well as peer and other key organization benchmarking.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, computer science or related field. Master’s degree may be preferred.
3 -5 years’ in a Senior or Managerial analytics position or similar role.
Experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience a plus
Familiarity with market research and project management
Attention to detail
High level of professional curiosity
High level of experience using business analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI SAS, etc.
Ability to translate large amounts of data into information and insights, collect, analyze, and interpret data. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written, including presentations to large groups.
Strong organizational skills with ability for multitasking and prioritizing
Hiring Rate: $95,326 (this exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
