One of the most elegant spa/medspa in design as well as location is looking for an experienced, professional, energetic, and enthusiastic spa concierge manager to be the face of the business.
Our spa/medspa is affiliated with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in the prestigious Preston area of Cary. We are set to bring to the Triangle the same professional attitude, excellent service, and client support that made us well known in Raleigh/Durham. The team member is expected to have at least 2 years experience in the spa/medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery arena. We expect the selected candidate to bring an exceptional enthusiasm as well as an ability to present themselves in a professional manner as the face of the practice.
The position is definitely sales involved as well. So we expect the selected candidate to be able to conduct patient consults to introduce a menu of services, or to answer questions regarding a service or product.
This is a full time position.
Candidates must be able to do the following:
Have extensive knowledge of spa/medspa related services
Excel Knowledge a plus
Answer multiple phone lines.
Schedule appointments
Confirm appointments
Social media management
Patience with clients a must
Prepare and keep client charts
Understand HIPAA compliance and patient privacy issues.
Be available for offsite functions to promote the medspa
