Local, growing Commercial Construction Company is in immediate need of a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Recruiting Office Manager. We are looking for an individual that has at least 5 years of management experience and can eventually run our recruiting department. This candidate must:
1. Have a professional attitude and manner.
2. Be bilingual (in reading and writing) Very important.
3. Be very computer savvy
4. Have management skills and abilities
5. Have an ability to reach out to the community and recruit those needed
6. Be able to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced environment
7. Have a knowledge of the construction industry and the various trades involved
