Service Adviser
Job Description
As a Service Adviser, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding all expectations. You will coordinate the workflow of technicians. You will also recommend and sell needed auto repair/maintenance services to customers.
Qualifications include:
2+ years of sales or management experience in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and sales skills
Automotive experience or parts preferred
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Good computer and phone skills
Ability to work a schedule that will include Saturdays
Be able to pass background & drug testing
Valid driver's license
