Ecommerce Customer Support Agent (experienced) (Cary, NC)

Employment type: Full-time; Shifts between 6 AM EST to 8 PM Monday-Friday (indicate shift availability upon applying)

Who you are:

You are highly-motivated customer service agent who will provide support by servicing calls, chats and emails while coming up with winning solutions for our dental professional customers. If a solution is not immediately apparent, you follow-through until the customer expectations are met, or even more desirably, exceeded. You are quick learner who is self-motivated, confident, empathetic and patient. Problem solving comes naturally to you. You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve and exceed satisfaction.

Manage high volume incoming calls/emails/chats regarding inquiries about dental products/services, orders, and accounts.

Provide accurate, timely and complete information back to customers by using the agreed upon methods/tools

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Offer up ideas on products, services, and customer service processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

College graduate

Experience in a customer service role (minimum 2 years)

o Dental industry experience preferred

o Ecommerce experience preferred

Proficient with MS suite

Familiar with CRM systems, and services like Zendesk

The ability to communicate effectively through phone, chats and emails.

Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail

Comfortable juggling multiple inquiries/systems at one time.

Strong time management skills.

Ability to work well with a team and independently.

Multi lingual is a plus.
