StarQuest is a Performing Arts Competition unlike all others. We host events in 60+ cities each year and deliver a truly unique experience to young performers. Collectively, we are a team of creative leaders with different skills and personalities who work non-stop together to deliver the best experience possible to anyone we encounter. We are looking for a motivated leader to join our North Carolina team as an event concierge.
What does an Event Concierge do at StarQuest?
Event Concierges work alongside studio owners to help them prepare for the upcoming competition season as well as select which competitions to attend. The main focus of an Event Concierge is to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with our studios. This involves several phone calls and e-mails throughout the week, with prompt and accurate responses when the studios contact you. Our Concierges proactively call studios before the event to invite them to attend, help them register, and ensure their information and profiles remain accurate at all times. The concierge team is dedicated to assisting the studios in any way possible to ensure they have a seamless experience before, during, after each event.

Full Time Position (40 h/week)
Negotiable and competitive pay rates
Standard Office Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
