Crossroads Infiniti of Apex is now accepting resumes for a Service Receptionist to join the team. If you have the experience and drive to work for one of the most respected Auto Groups in the Southeast this may be the right opportunity for you. Mondays through Fridays 10:00 a.m. until 7 p.m. daily.
Job Duties:
Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Manage loaner fleet, including keeping up with required maintenance
Facilitate loaner vehicle process with clientele
Work with the sales department to set up the first service appointment for new customers
Fill in as a valet when needed
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain the reception area
Various tasks as assigned by dealership management
Job Requirements:
High school diploma required
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Keyboard skills-proficient in Microsoft and Excel
