The Chapel Hill University Inn is looking to hire a Part Time/Full Time Engineer with a flexible schedule. Some evening and weekend shifts would be required.
Applicants should be a dedicated team player and customer service oriented.
Experience with hotel or apartment property maintenance, plumbing, painting, electrical, caulking and HVAC a must.
Must have clean DMV and Background Check.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs regularly, endure inclement weather and work on your feet for the entire shift.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
Part time-15-20 hours per week.
Full time position 30 or more hours (401K, Medical,Dental, flexible spending plans and supplemental plans offered for Full Time Employees).
