Field Crew Manager - Raleigh, NC
Individual will be responsible for maintaining workflow for field crews, including prep work and troubleshooting for multiple field crews mostly in the southeastern United States. Individual will be required to take a leadership role: direct others and help train/mentor younger, less experienced crew members in the field.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Excellent technical and communication skills
Ability to manage and troubleshoot field procedures and equipment
Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
10 years surveying experience
On track for licensure
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Self-motivated, organized, willing to schedule/manage others
Proficient with field procedures and equipment (robotics and GPS)
Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D
5 years surveying experience
