As a Digital Account Opening Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
• Performing business analysis for digital account opening team as a liaison between Product Owners, IT, 3rd party vendors and key internal stakeholders.
• Serving as a thought-leader and consultant for the business and lead all aspects of requirements analysis, traceability and testing for enhancements and new products that vary in size and/or complexity while supporting the current platform product suite.
• Assisting team with strategy execution.
• Managing the creation, organization, and documentation of business requirements, user stories, supporting documentation, test plans and test scripts and execute User Acceptance Tests.
• Tracking product or channel adoption and usage statistics.
• Providing operational updates to Product Owners regularly.
• Performing day-to-day operational support and be the first line of escalation for the organization. Escalate issues to IT and/or 3rd party vendors, when appropriate.
• Mentor more junior analysts.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4-6 years experience
Or
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years financial services experience
