Job Title: Business Analyst Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension Location: Raleigh, NC The candidate will be allowed to work remotely until all staff return to site. At that point the candidate will be required to come onsite. The candidate will need to come onsite the first day to collect equipment.
Required/Desired Skill
Experience and knowledge in the area of application analysis, application design and system integration. Required 7 Years
Experience in the entire systems development life cycle processes including workflow analysis, workflow diagrams, design, QA and testing. Required 7 Years
Experience in analyzing and documenting complex business functions and system needs; developing requirements and use cases for the "to be" solution. Required 7 Years
Experience with application analysis and design to develop feasibility studies, cost analysis, staff estimates and implementation strategies Required 7 Years
Experience leading requirements gathering and analysis sessions and translate business and functional requirements to technical solutions. Required 7 Years
Experience working in a large, complex government agency with an understanding of how legislation translates to business needs. Highly desired 5 Years
