STIBO and/or PIM (product information management) experience REQUIRED
Master’s Degree in business or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in business analysis across multiple functional areas. Retail Industry experience preferred
3+ years of experience in reporting and/or data analysis areas
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels throughout the business
Strong proven expertise to perform discover of As-Is state, Gap analysis, To-Be state definition, and creating requirement documentations
Strong proven expertise in planning & executing UAT, change management and deployment
Ability to express complex concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing to business partners
Must be knowledgeable in Business Intelligence Life Cycle; from data ingestion to data visualization
Experience querying/joining databases using SQL, etc.
Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or other BI tools
Familiarity with data warehouse and OLAP concepts
Knowledgeable in Agile software development and DevOps methodologies. Familarity with version control tools (Github, Bitbucket, etc) & JIRA is a plus
Ability to work effectively with offsite business or technology partners
Has strong presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation

Go-Getter. Possesses strong, planning, execution and multitasking skills and demonstrated ability to reprioritize accordingly. Must be able to manage quickly changing priorities while meeting deadlines
