It all begins with you.Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.The Wells Fargo Data Center Management (DCM) Compliance, Process and Service Management team is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring standardized process, procedures and controls to assure compliance with any state, federal and regulatory agency for our enterprise Data Centers. This role will contribute and maintain all key operating documentation for Data Center Managements process, procedures, controls, metrics and record libraries. Will be required maintain a highly collaborative working relationships across the data center organization and our cross functional sites team (DCM Site Managers, Corporate Security and Corporate Properties) Group Business Process Office, Operational Risk and audit service organizations.This position reports directly to the Data Center Compliance, Process and Service Manager and is accountable for documenting and reporting of DCM's operating model and defined process, procedures and business metrics. Collaborates with DCM Service Assurance manager and other site subject matter experts to assure process and procedure documentation alignment with operational execution and evidencing of all DCM controls. Works within an agile methodology to lead and facilitate process and procedural enhancements in support of innovation or remediation. Provides consulting on BPM, risk, control and related business metrics specific to DCM's operating model and process inventory for DCM a highly complex and specialized business which is one of the highest risk profile process in the technology organization. Participates as a process and operating model subject matter expert (SME) in any operational risk or audit examination to evaluate control design and performance effectiveness. Maintains a comprehensive inventory of all DCM functions, aligned process, procedure, risk, control and metric inventory that make up the DCM operating model. Engages our GBPM office in support of the DCM defined Process Owner to submit change control and service requests to ensure proper maintenance and measurements of all defined process, operational risk and related controls. Drives the monthly aggregation, review and publication of all DCM operational business reporting of performance, risk and financial performance for all sites managed. Accountable to ensure data quality and reporting service level agreements are achieved for all business and executive reporting venues.This position should have familiarity Enterprise Business Continuity programs and help to ensure service processes and vendor or third party service providers maintains service alignment with the enterprise BCP program for where dependencies exist. As a process and control subject matter expert candidate will actively support cross training and mentoring programs for junior members of the team or talent pipeline.Required Qualifications:

5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

4+ years of Operational Risk Management experience

3+ years of compliance and controls testing experience

3+ years of experience with mission critical infrastructure systems including Buildings and Advance BMS or EMS systems

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions

Certified in Wells Fargo Business Continuity Plan Repository (ORS) and BCP Central

Experience supporting or directing offshore teams

3+ years of vendor management experience

Ability to provide leadership to a matrixed organization environment

Knowledge and understanding of technology monitoring: proactive maintenance of all critical site control systems

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
