Project management activities ,
Project Planning, execution, overlooking delivery
Issue , Risk Management , Grooming Team members,
Communication among various stake holders involved in the team.
Managing the various activities in the PMO space across all the units,
Coordinating, managing the client expectations, skill building
Minimum years of experience: 10+
Certifications Needed: No
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Managing PMO Office
2. Managing Delivery and team members
3. MAnaging communications across stakeholders
