Immediate need for a Salesforce PM/ Business analyst.
• Contract length: 1 year with possibility to be extended and would be based ideally in Raleigh (once we are all back in the office).
• We can be pretty flexible with rate based on the value and experience of the candidate.

SalesForce PM/ Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the lead of Commercial applications the Salesforce PM/Business Analyst will:
• Lead the US sales cloud CRM implementation managing scope/time and budget
• The SalesForce PM/Business Analyst will work very closely with IT, the 3rd party implementation partner and business resources.
• The PM will work with Business stakeholders to define business requirements and document as-is to-be business processes and functional specifications as well as work with the 3rd party implementation partner ensuring the solution developed fulfill the business requirements
• Will become a trusted partner to the business and 3rd party vendor
• Drive Change Management activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or another relevant field.
• Must have a deep understanding of commercial CRM processes
• Must have Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM hands on implementation experience
• Salesforce administration and Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience nice to have
• Pharma experience a plus, sales cycle calling on HCPs
• Implementation Experience with MuleSoft integration / SAP and Lightning Components is a nice to have
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal,) with specific ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements to a technical audience or development teams
• 5+ years' experience as a project manager orchestrating activities cross functional teams.
• 5-10 years overall IT experience, including working with third party vendors and internal stakeholder groups
• Proven ability to interface with all levels (executive to entry level).
• Excellent analytical, process, collaboration and business analysis skills; demonstrated skill in data flow diagrams, business process diagrams, use cases, requirements backlog and traceability
