This Senior Developer will be responsible for working with the Technical Architect to maintain the application.
This position will need hands-on Java/Oracle coding experience.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience in leading the team and apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues contributes to the development of new ideas and methods work on complex problems /projects where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined patterns and practices to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees and represent the organization to external customers/clients.
Required Skills:
Should have the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Hands on experience in applications using Java/ J2EE, EJB, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring MVC, Spring Portal.
Demonstrated proficiency working with databases - Oracle 11g and TOAD for Oracle.
Expert in JSP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, DWR, jQuery, Bootstrap, and cross-browser compatibility.
Expert in IBM SOA, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server and IBM HTTP Server.
Expert Experience in designing and deploying BPM workflow solutions using Adobe LiveCycle and Adobe AEM.
Hands-on experience in designing and deploying BRMS using Corticon Business Rules Platform.
Experience in version control systems such as Tortoise and CVS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and business audiences.
Experience in the transition and transformation of large complex software solutions.
Desired Skills:
Experience participating or leading projects using an Agile methodology.
Understanding of Medicaid Uniform Screening Tool (MUST) system.
