Position Type: Direct hire / Permanent / Full-time
Remote: 100% remote (preferably within the southeast)
Salary: up to $135k base + bonus
Our client is a software company in Raleigh currently building an AI platform for the professional services industry. They are looking for a backend-focused JavaScript Developer to help build out their platform using Node.js /Express and React.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
5+ years of web development experience, with 2+ using Node.js
Experience using Express (or similar framework) for RESTful API development
Experience with SQL and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
Preferred skills (not required):
Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript microservices development
Experience with AWS serverless services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.
