OverviewThe role of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisitions Systems and Onboarding supports IQVIAs Contract Sales and Medical Solutions (CSMS) group. In this role you will help design, train/implement, and monitor human talent programs and policies including talent management and talent acquisition. In conjunction with TA Director, in this role you will anticipate and plan for long-term people related needs and trends. You will ensure that current employees have the necessary skills for TA future requirements and current HRIS systems. You will also function in the critical role of TA lead for any current and future HRIS system used by CSMS TA.Essential FunctionsProvide support to a TA team with the implementation and administration of staffing programs, policies and processes
Act as Talent Acquisition lead for Workday, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide overall training, guidance and trouble-shooting assistance with our ATS. Activities may include:
Working with Global HR systems to improve recruiting processes and adding resources within ATS to address customer and candidate needs
Liaise with HR systems colleagues to review needs, troubleshoot ATS additions and provide recommendations
Test results/improvements when requested
Communicate changes to the CSMS US TA team and lead training of the team.
Train new recruiters and hiring managers on the ATS
Support hiring managers and TA team when ATS issues arise and immediate resolution is required
Delivery of weekly reports covering TA analytics including filled and closed reqs, open reqs, future hires, offers created and other ad hoc reports as requested
Provide project support for assigned Associate Directors and TA Director. This support may include:
Opening reqs for new positions and backfills
Create a master req in Workday for high volume projects
Create candidate trackers for projects. In partnership with the Recruiting Project Lead (TA Associate Director) assist creation of project interview guides, screening guides and offer details cheat sheets
Act as CSMS TA point of contact for Global HRIS when new systems are being evaluated or platforms are being tested. Provide feedback related to US CSMS needs and requirements. Provide recommendations on behalf of US CSMS
Assist with new hire background oversight and monitoring. Reviewing new hire onboarding progress and connect with candidates to ensure requested documentation is being provided. Intervene when issues need to be escalated to IQVIA HR and Legal
With guidance, provide coaching and counseling to functional business leaders and line management to effectively support staffing goals
Assist with managing projects related to legislation in the recruitment process within HR and across the business, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance.
Support a diverse workforce and comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking.
Ensure the provision of timely employee-related information to management teams as necessary.
Partner with designated recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager in corporate req creation. Provide support and guidance for corporate based roles as needed. Verify job codes through career ladder, assist in drafting/formatting job descriptions and confirm proper SBU/Dept and other internal coding to create requisitions successfully
Provide users with Sharepoint (IPOP) access for specific projects as needed
Manage TA portal to include all TA SOPs, project metrics, specialty assignments.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree Req; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
3 yrs. experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or combination of recruiter and specialist experience Required Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required. HR or HRIS certification strongly preferred
Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition operational systems and practices required; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications including Workday Applicant Tracking SystemÂ
Strong foundation in virtual engagement platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
Excellent interpersonal, project management, organizational and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to operate independently and to make informed decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation/facilitation skills (virtual and live)
Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills
