RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Software Engineer to work remotely for their global, enterprise networking and cloud services client in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC).
The Engineer will be responsible for the following task:
Monitor mailer for incoming problems detected on AIDE
Monetization Dashboard
Applications: Monitor Issues on CX AIDE Toolkit Application (on all the repositories which are part of the application
Applications: Monitor cronjobs in CAE (OpenShift) and check logs for problems
Telemetry: Add telemetry agents to Top automation tools, develop and add AIDE telemetry agents for on-premise usage and support on developing initiatives to add telemetry at scale
Automation Use Cases and database: Review AIDE CX eStore database submissions and work with developers during approval process, support on the development of automation use cases, support on adding content to AIDE User Guide (i.e. on-demand training)
