Software Engineer ICategory:Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United StatesBASICFUNCTIONS:· This entry-level position performs basic software
development assignments within a specific software functional area or product
line.QUALIFICATIONS:· BS
Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience requiredTECHNICALSKILLS:· Basic knowledge of applicable development
languages but not limited to: TypeScript, JavaScript, JSP, C/C, HTML, XML,
Java/J2EE, SQL, Python, C# .NET, Angular 4· Basic knowledge of software development methodologies
(e.g., Agile, Waterfall).· Basic understanding of data modeling principles.· Knowledge of data storage subsystems such as SQL,
Oracle· Knowledge of test-driven development.· Knowledge of REST APIs· Good to have knowledge of one or more tool sets
like: Visual Studio, VS Code, IntelliJ, Version One, Splunk, Jenkins,
Git/GitHub, VSTS· Good to have Knowledge of one or more automation
tools like SoapUI, Selenium WebDriver, or Protractor.· Ability and desire to learn new processes and
technologies.· Basic oral and written communications skills.ACCOUNTABILITIES:· Write and review portions of detailed
specifications for the development of system components of simple
complexity. Complete simple bug fixes.· Design, develop and implement unit tests, automated
tests and tooling solutions with a focus on small system components· Under the guidance of senior-level engineers,
successfully implement development processes, coding best practices and code
reviews.· Operate in various development environments
