Skills/Experience required:
Ten (10) years of relevant health and human services experience, including project management experience. SAFe Agile 5.0 certification needed at SAFe Government Practitioner level or higher. Strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with detail orientation. Familiarity with the MITA Framework and the development of software code and code quality standards necessary. Ability to quickly understand subject matter and lead business and technical staff in completing contract deliverables is required. Experience analyzing data using industry standard and tools. Ability to translate data into findings and communicate such to peers, management and clients. Experience writing detailed plans and reports. Senior level expertise and currency in government human services, health and/or workforce organizations. Senior level understanding of the business processes and systems that support these organizations. Obtains and maintains industry standard certifications and knowledge. Prior experience leading teams to analyze complex data and business processes, recommend alternative solutions, design business processes and system functionality. Experience working effectively with a cross functional team. Experience in deadline-oriented work. Experience working as a team member and independently. Must possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally to all segments of the population and possess a proven track record in dealing with all levels of management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, Visio, Project and other computer software applications required to perform duties of this position.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Participates as a senior-level team member with broad cross-discipline IV&V skill base. Leads teams within a wide variety of consulting projects that are typically for medium to long-term engagements that require varied interpersonal and technical skills and participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Technical responsibilities include problem identification, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
  • Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring. May have responsibility for project profit and loss (P/L).
  • Leading teams that analyze complex data and identify patterns, recommend actions and measure outcomes.
  • Coordination with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications and processes. May include software design, development and testing processes.
  • Functional design leadership and user interface specification.
  • Quality Management and process improvement awareness to include code quality.
  • Complex problem analysis and solution development.
  • Performance is evaluated based on utilization, contractual deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.
  • Participates in sales presentations and proposal developing in addition to completing ongoing project activities.
  • Provides mentorship to more junior level members of the consulting organization.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
