Sr UX Designer ICategory:Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United StatesA Senior UX Designer I leads the design strategy for a business or product line. She/he is an expert user of a number of design tools. She/he informally mentors other designers.Responsibilities:Customer (or User) FocusHas a solid understanding of customer use cases.Rallies the cross functional team around customer needs.Advocates for customers with the agile team and helps inspire the team to want to know more.Creates processes that are good at discovering customer needs and product design options.Aligns team and coaches the team to ensure customer needs are met.
