The Role

Each of our specialist consultants here at Reperio work in a specific IT market, which means they are always the first to know about emerging technologies and any shifts in the market.



As one of our specialist technology recruiters here at Reperio, you'll manage your own market, and this will require you to network with IT professionals and clients within your market. You'll manage the whole recruitment process for your clients, from start to finish and this will require you to:


  • Source & headhunt IT professionals in your market

  • Create & advertise jobs

  • Screen potential candidates on the phone

  • Set up interviews between your clients and candidates

  • Build lasting relationships with your clients and candidates

  • Generating new business through cold calling

  • Set up meeting with clients to ensure you understand their needs and to discuss what you can do for them

  • Negotiate salaries and communicate job offers
