DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a

Webmaster/Portal Developer for a contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in

Raleigh, NC
This position will require compliance with any COVID-19 vaccination policies that are promulgated by DataStaff, Inc.’s client and/or state, and local laws.
The selected candidate will be allowed to work remotely until all staff return to site. At that point the candidate will be required to come onsite. Some onsite visits may be required at the candidate's expense.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of enterprise solutions to improve statewide permitting services.
  • Provides systems analysis and programming expertise in the development and support of the enterprise information systems.
  • Designs and builds the agency web portal to support functions based upon identified business requirements and implements developed Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Applies advanced analysis skills and experience in principals of designing, demonstrating, and positioning Dynamics 365 CRM based solutions in an agency portal.
  • All aspects of web development, analysis, design, usability, testing, implementation, and support.
  • The development platform includes Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Sitefinity and The Portal Connector.
  • Implementation of multiple Dynamics 365 solutions into a single agency portal.
  • The user registration will be integrated with the EPA Shared Services for CROMEER compliance based on REST services.

Required Skills:
  • 6 Years - Minimum six (6) years of successful delivery experience in Web Development
  • 4 Years - Elevated level knowledge of Microsoft C# .NET, ASP.NET, the.NET Framework.
  • 4 Years - Development of software using Visual Studio, ASP.NER, HTML, CSS and web content management
  • 3 Years - Experience with development and successful delivery of Web projects using JavaScript and JavaScript libraries – Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, Angular
  • 2 Years - Elevated level knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • 2 Years - Demo proficiency with Visual Studio solutions and projects, configuring Web applications, loading and committing solutions to/from source control
  • 2 Years - Ability to perform advanced customization using JavaScript, web resources, plugins, etc
  • 3 Years - Experience with PCF custom controls and typescript
  • 2 Years - Demonstrated ability to plan and develop applications within specified timeframes
  • 2 Years - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2 Years - Degree in Computer Science

Desired Skills:
  • 2 Years - Experience with Sitefinity preferred
  • 2 Years - Experience with power apps portals and The Portal Connector
  • 1 Year - Certification(s) in technical area of study
This position is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
