Blue Spoon Microcreamery, a mom & pop artisan ice cream shop in downtown Chapel Hill, is currently hiring friendly, energetic crew members! We're not just seeking employees, we're looking for people who want to become a part of our Blue Spoon family and who enjoy teamwork. Crew position includes scooping ice cream, making coffee drinks, cash handling, interacting with customers, and keeping our store clean. Experience isn't necessary - we'll train you, but dependability and a great work ethic are essential, as is the ability to think on your feet and do whatever you see that needs to be done.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
We work around class schedules, but you must be available weekends.
Starting pay is $9.50/hour plus tips with opportunities to advance into supervisory positions.
