We are seeking "Pro Cooks" to join our team.
Our ideal candidates are honest, self-starters, punctual, reliable, hard working and kind-hearted.
Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Cut fish and shellfish, chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up station and take care of the kitchen facility
Meet and maintain all standards and policy as perscribed
Be polite, calm and display a welcoming spirit at all times
Qualifications
All purpose cooking experience and knowledge preferred
Able to meet all scheduling commitments
Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
Strong attention to detail
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND GOOD DRIVING RECORD
