What are the responsibilities of a Line Cook?
Prepare and execute each exquisite menu selection with consistency in order to delight our guests
Have an authentic enthusiasm for food and a genuine concern for the needs of our guests
Working efficiently and effectively
Assist with keeping an organized, clean kitchen
Have strong knowledge of how to set up, break down and maintain your individual station
Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
What Skills and Experience are Desired for a Line Cook?
Schedule availability to include working days, nights and weekends
Friendly, energetic and detail-oriented
Passion for hospitality and food
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and initiative
Ability to retain and recall detailed information
Working in a fast paced, enthusiastic work environment
