Line Cook
Job Description
Under the guidance of the Sous Chef, Line Cooks work as a team to create excellent food for our customers. Line cooks have knowledge of our recipes, sourcing, cooking techniques, and standards of quality. Line Cooks assist in inventory management, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and assist with prep and dishwashing when needed.
