Exciting and Dynamic new JB Duke Hotel & Thomas Executive Conference Center located on the Duke University campus in Durham, NC, has immediate opening for:
Line Cooks (Varies between AM/PM shifts)
Dishwasher (Varies between AM/PM shifts)
These are Full Time positions and you must be flexible for AM/PM shifts. If you are knowledgeable of 4 Star/4 Diamond quality and expectations and would like to join an established, progressive Culinary Staff then this is the place for you!
The Line Cook position requires recent line/breakfast cook experience in a formal setting and we prefer 2+ years of culinary experience. Culinary graduate or degree-seeking individual preferred.
For the Dishwasher position, no experience necessary!
