Seeking experienced line cooks at Soca, a Latin inspired restaurant in Raleigh. We are executing a menu that features cuisine from Mexico to the very tip of South America and in between. Our approach to cuisine at Soca requires strong fundamentals, a strong commitment to creating well put together dishes, and creating an experience for our guests that is unmatched in Raleigh. Ideal candidates will work well in a team-based and collaborative environment. Our team is looking for individuals who are willing to learn and contribute to our restaurant concept and bring a positive attitude to the work environment to further strengthen our healthy kitchen culture. We have immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
