Description
We are looking for Pastry baker in our scratch commercial pastry bakery. The successful candidate will be efficient, team-oriented, and able to produce a high-quality product in a production environment.
Qualifications
Some professional kitchen experience required, pastry experience in a restaurant is a plus. We will consider training strong entry-level candidate with restaurant/food prep experience.
Applicants must be able to work late nights / early mornings. This position requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, bending, lifting, and frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), long periods of standing and working around hot ovens, and the ability to work well with a team. Overnight shift or late-night shift experience, working past midnight, preferred.
