BOCCI TRATTORIA & PIZZERIA is looking to hire a couple of Pizza and Line Cooks at our Durham & Cary locations. If you have at least one year's experience as a pizza cook at a fast paced pizza shop, please stop by one of our locations and fill out an application. You must have experience with hand-tossed pizza and making dough and sauce from scratch. Line Cooks, Salad Makers & Servers need at least one year's experience as well. Weekends are a must! We are a locally owned and operated full-service Italian restaurant with a full bar, outdoor patio and private banquet rooms and have been serving great food & drinks in the Triangle for over 14 years.
