Pizzeria Mercato located in downtown Carrboro is looking for cooks to join our team! We are a pizza place but deliver much more than just pizza. Our menu is seasonally focused and constantly changing based on availability from the Carrboro Farmer's Market and other products that inspire us.
The ideal candidate for our team has a great attitude, desire to learn our food, ability to communicate/listen, and sense of urgency. A serious commitment to putting out the best product possible every day is our goal, we have high standards for execution and cleanliness(we work clean all day, and leave our kitchen how we find it every morning). Experience working in full-service kitchens is preferred but not essential for success in our kitchen, those willing to listen, learn, and enjoy the process are welcome.
