Poppyseed Market Cafe and Wine Bar seeks an enthusiastic leader to direct our evening dinner service for the following position:
- Chef de Cuisine – Full Time
Five years minimum restaurant experience required.
Culinary education preferred.
Candidates must be able to:
- Keep attention to detail.
- Keep a positive, friendly attitude.
- Have great communication skills.
- Assist in creating monthly dinner features and menus.
- Maintain low food and labor costs, and charts.
- Manage and organize the afternoon/evening kitchen staff while maintaining a fun environment.
Poppyseed Market is open Monday - Thursday 11am - 9pm, Friday - Saturday 11am - 10pm,
and is closed on Sundays. We are closed on most major holidays!
