High volume, established restaurant looking for a highly effective restaurant Manager. Minimum of 2 years recent restaurant management experience is required. Must have high volume, full service bar and restaurant management experience. Prefer both FOH & BOH experience. Must have a positive attitude, solid experience, detail oriented, and be a team player. Must know how to manage food & labor costs with a large staff. Looking for someone with a proven track record of accountability. Compensation is very competitive with full benefits.
