Picnic Barbecue is seeking a lead line cook/sous chef to add to its team. Our ideal candidate will have no less than 2 years of full service line experience, and have a working knowledge or fry, sautée and expo. Must have a general knowledge of kitchen health code policies, and a working knowledge of kitchen etiquette. Our ideal candidate must have the ability to read and execute recipes as well as tickets. We are seeking a hard working team player with flexible availability. This is a salaried position for the right candidate.
