Upscale, established restaurant looking for talented, professional sous-chef. Must have exceptional culinary skills, including broad knowledge of ingredients, scratch cookery, baking, butchery, brining, curing, pickling, fermentation, and charcuterie. If you had to look up any of the previous terms, please do not apply. Fine dining experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Responsibilities will include ordering product, making schedules, kitchen accounting, menu planning, managing inventory, and running daily operations of the kitchen, as well as cooking on the line and expediting during service. Must have strong work ethic and great attitude.
