Bocci Trattoria & Pizzeria is looking to hire immediately for the following positions:
Sous Chef (Cary) - must have a minimum of 4 years cooking and 1 year managerial experience. Salaried position based on experience.
Pizza Cook (Cary & Durham) - must have a minimum of 2 years experience with hand-tossed pizza in a high volume pizza shop and making dough and sauces from scratch. Full time or part time positions available. $13+/hr.
Line Cook (Cary & Durham) - must have a minimum of two years experience on the line with sauté, fry, grill, etc. in a fast paced full service restaurant. Italian restaurant experience a plus. $11+/hr.
Dishwasher (Cary) - no experience necessary
Servers (Cary & Durham) - must have at least one years experience working in a full service restaurant.
