CNA Wanted to assists with personal care tasks and home management tasks, support and companionship as delegated on the Assignment Sheet in the individual patient care plan.Qualifications: Must have current status on the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Registry, Negative TB/PPD status, Current CPR certification, Current and valid NC drivers license and automobile insurance.
Duties: In-home services shall be provided in accordance with the client's plan of care as delegated on the Assignment Sheet for each individual client. In home aides shall follow instructions (aide assignment) for client care written by the Nursing Supervisor required for the services provided. If you are bilingual it is a plus
